That is why selected BOXMAN products are supported by our product guarantees.

Perfect Fit Guarantee

Finding the right size should be simple.

When your first selected size does not fit correctly, you may request one size exchange under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.

How It Works

  1. Submit your exchange request within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the size you would like instead.

  3. Wait for your return instructions before sending the product back.

  4. Once your request is approved, the replacement size will be arranged, subject to availability.

Conditions

To qualify for the Perfect Fit Guarantee:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must only have been tried on for sizing.

  • The product must not have been worn for an extended period.

  • The product must not have been washed.

  • The product must be clean and undamaged.

  • All original labels and packaging must be included.

  • Proof of purchase must be available.

For hygiene reasons, products showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage cannot be accepted.

The guarantee applies to one size exchange per eligible product.

When the requested size is unavailable, an alternative solution may be offered.

No Holes Guarantee

BOXMAN products are designed for regular use and dependable performance.

When an eligible product develops an unexpected hole within six months of delivery, you may submit a claim under our No Holes Guarantee.

What Is Covered?

The guarantee may cover unexpected holes caused by a manufacturing or material defect during normal use.

What Is Not Covered?

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by sharp objects

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage caused by pets

  • Incorrect washing or drying

  • Bleach or harsh cleaning products

  • Excessive heat

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Fabric thinning caused by friction

  • Damage resulting from wearing the wrong size

  • Products altered or repaired by the customer

  • Products purchased from an unauthorized seller

How to Submit a Claim

To submit a No Holes Guarantee claim, provide:

  • Your order number

  • The product name

  • A clear photograph of the full product

  • A close-up photograph of the affected area

  • A short explanation of what happened

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

The exact resolution depends on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.

Bamboo Comfort Guarantee

Selected BOXMAN products are made using bamboo-based fabric chosen for its soft, breathable, and comfortable feel.

Our Bamboo Comfort Guarantee reflects our commitment to delivering the material qualities described on the relevant product page.

Bamboo-based BOXMAN products are designed to offer:

  • A soft feel against the skin

  • Breathable everyday comfort

  • Lightweight wear

  • Moisture-management properties

  • A smooth and flexible fit

  • Comfortable temperature regulation

The exact fabric composition is listed on each product page and product label.

Care Requirements

To maintain the fabric and product performance:

  • Follow the care label instructions.

  • Wash with similar colors.

  • Use a gentle washing cycle.

  • Avoid bleach.

  • Avoid harsh cleaning products.

  • Avoid excessive washing temperatures.

  • Avoid excessive tumble-drying heat.

  • Allow the product to air dry where possible.

Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, storage, or product care is not covered.

Guarantee Exclusions

Our guarantees do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Incorrect use

  • Incorrect product care

  • Damage caused by external objects

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Products without valid proof of purchase

  • Products altered, repaired, or customized after purchase

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect product use

  • Fabric fading caused by washing or sunlight

  • Pilling caused by normal friction

  • Damage caused by selecting or wearing an unsuitable size

Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or another form of proof of purchase is required for all guarantee requests.

Guarantees apply only to products purchased directly from BOXMAN or an authorized BOXMAN seller.

Replacement Product Availability

Replacement products are subject to availability.

When the original product, color, or size is unavailable, BOXMAN may offer:

  • A comparable replacement

  • Another available color

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund where appropriate

Shipping Costs

When a guarantee claim is approved because of a confirmed manufacturing or material defect, reasonable return or replacement shipping costs may be covered by BOXMAN.

Shipping costs may not be covered when:

  • The claim does not meet the guarantee conditions.

  • The product has been incorrectly used or cared for.

  • The customer returns the product without authorization.

  • The issue is not caused by a manufacturing or material defect.

Claim Assessment

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee approval.

Each request is reviewed individually using:

  • The information provided

  • Product photographs

  • Order details

  • Product age

  • Care history

  • The type and location of the issue

Additional information may be requested before a final decision is made.

Processing Time

Guarantee requests are normally reviewed within several business days.

More complex claims may require additional review.

Once a claim is approved, you will receive information about the replacement or other proposed resolution.

Statutory Consumer Rights

These guarantees are offered in addition to your legal consumer rights.

Nothing on this page limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
