How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team or use the subscription management link provided in your account or subscription email.
Subscription Policy
1. Ongoing Subscription Terms
When you purchase a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method will be charged for each renewal until you cancel.
2. Cancellation Deadline
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next order, please submit your cancellation request at least 3 days before your next billing date.
If your request is made within 3 days of the next scheduled charge, the renewal may still be processed. Please contact our support team if you need help with an order that has already been charged.
3. Recurring Charges
The recurring price and delivery frequency for your subscription are shown at checkout. Your subscription will renew at the agreed price unless you change your plan or we notify you of a price change.
Promotional gifts or free items included with your first order may not be included in future renewals.
4. Payment Method
By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided at checkout for future renewals. Please keep your payment information up to date to avoid interruptions.
5. Subscription Term
Your subscription will continue according to your selected schedule until you cancel it.
6. Minimum Subscription Length
There is no minimum subscription length or required number of orders. You may cancel your subscription by following the cancellation instructions above.
7. Additional Terms
- There are no early cancellation fees.
- We do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription time.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or ask you to update your payment information.
- Prices may change with advance notice. You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new price.
